The spinning marathon final will be held on the 11th of July 2008 at 6pm. 25 fitness zone members are qualified to spin for a duration of 3 hours flat.... What's my preparation? Since last week I have been spinning for one to three hours everyday... I am not expecting anything but to finish the marathon within the time limit without stopping....
