Just came back from FZ. That was ONE very painful run. Like I am meant not to run ever again. Though I managed to run non-stop for one hour 15 minutes but the distance covered was only 8.5K. And after the run my right knee was killing me..... and I have to drag my right leg to walk to the car...... Is this IT? The END? Well lets see.... I will run again this afternoon and from there I will decide whether I should continue running or not......
