Before going to the clinic.... I went to Fitness Zone. There I started my workout with a 5K run... It was a comfortable one.... VOILA.... No back pain..... After the run, I joined the cycling class for one hour.

I was surprise to see you in the gym. Thought you suppose to be in school teaching!
I am currently on medical leaves.... Voiceless (sore throat) .... Its contagious, one teacher after another is affected by it.......
voiceless, no problem... at least can still run!
Haha... and I though I can never run again....
