I have been an avid fan of Adidas products especially their running shoes.... I saw somebody using the following this morning..... I like.... I might get one .... *wink*....
On other matter, I went to FZ this morning. I did 3K (in less than 21 minutes) before Ferdie's cycling class. I did another 3K after the class..... the second 3K I did it in less than 20 minutes (19 minutes 55 seconds)....... (A reminder to myself: few years ago before the injury, I used to do 3K in under 15 minutes..... )
