YET ANOTHER PERSONAL BEST FOR 12K
This morning I managed to renew my 12K record. On the 20th of July it was 64 minutes 40 seconds and now it is far better. I think I should aim for under 60 minutes for this distance. The following chart speaks:
NEW RECORD = 62 MINUTES 26 SECONDS WOHOO!!!!!

MY SECOND 12K RUN
I did my second 12K run after a very long time. It was an excellent run (to my standard). I did it in 66 minutes 45 seconds. Much better than my first which was 73 minutes 09 seconds. And Paula Radcliffe congratulated me in the ipod for this accomplishment. So refreshing and so satisfying!!!
Note: The "print screen" in my lappy is still not functioning. Hence no running charts to show.

FIRST 12K AND THE HEAD NODDER
This morning I did my first 12K. The initial plan was to do 10K only but since the stamina was still there, so I ran another 2K. At 10K mark, I clocked a better 10K time (compared to my Friday run), which was 58mins 24secs. However the last 2K was a slow run (as can be seen from the chart). At the end of my 12K run, I was congratulated by the HEAD NODDER, Paula Radcliffe for running my longest run so far. Paula Radcliffe is a big name in distance running and she was and still is popular for her vigorous head nodding while running. I was always amazed by the head nodding technique. May be this technique helps her to run faster. She used to do middle distances but nowadays she is more on long distance running, including marathon. The following chart summarises my 12K run.
The following chart shows that I am 2.4K behind my target and I have 14 more days to complete my mission.
My wife did 10K brisk walking this morning (with even more running). I am sure in one month time, she is going to run along with me like we used to do many years ago.
