8K, ELLIPTICAL MACHINE AND STILL SICK

I have been ill since last Saturday and as of today I am still sick. It is pneumonia people!. No more fever but my lungs are still producing excessive amount of mucus which causes my breathlessness. Despite this illness, I went to the gym and did an 8K run (with coughs an all) in around 48 minutes. Not a good time coz I used to do an 8K run in under 40 minutes few weeks ago. But I must be very THANKFUL to ALLAH for giving me the strength this morning to do my workout. Apart from the run, I also used the BODY TREC elliptical machine for 30 minutes at a lower resistance of 6.

I felt better after the workout though still breathless. Hopefully everything will be fine by this Sunday. I miss one good long run!!!

4000 VISITORS

I started blogging, after much persuasion by my wife a day before 2007. At 5.15pm today, the meter showed that my blog has been visited by 4000 visitors (of course some visited more than once - yes I am aware of that). To ALL visitors thank you very much for your support. Keep on visiting, tagging and commenting in this humble blog.

HOW COOL WAS THAT?

I was elected as a leader of this COP "thingy" (still BLURRRR what it is about actually) by the ministry of education. The first meeting was this afternoon at Dewan Chancellor UBD. I was soooo reluctant actually. Well with heavy heart me and my colleagues went to the designated conference room. Upon entering the room, we saw about 20 units of Fujitsu Lifebook C Series. I was saying to my friend "May be we will be given one unit each" (Sarcastically actually).

In the middle of the meeting an announcement was made by the facilitator that each team leader will be given one unit Fujitsu. What???? Suddenly I was in a mood and sooo attentive through out the meeting. They said it was as an incentive for us to work hard in making this COP project successful. This really made my day (Come to think of this, only this morning I was thinking of getting a new laptop for myself..... Hmmmmmm!!!!)

OK...............

Opps..........OK already. Yahooo..................Thanks Reza..
