JERUDONG HIGHWAY RUN

I asked my wife to drop me at JIS and started my run there towards "Bukit Shahbandar". The following chart speaks:

It was a wonderful and comfortable run and I wish I could do more. Next time I will ask my wife to drop me in such a way that I can run 10K in one stretch. While waiting for my wife to finish her workout, I walked briskly down the hill of "Bukit Shahbandar" and it took me about 40 minutes to finish the 5K walk.

LAZY 6K RUN

To compensate for the lack of distance, I also did a 40 minutes exercise on the elliptical machine (Course = Steady climb and Himalayan trek; Resistance = 8 to 10)

STILL TIRED

I am still tired. I remember the saying THE SPIRIT IS WILLING, BUT THE FLESH IS WEAK. Yes, that's me right now. I really am still motivated to run but somehow, I am lethargic lately, body and soul. The following chart summarises my run this morning during the CCA periods at the gym.

The following chart shows that I am currently about 10K behind my target and I have 17 days left to complete my mission.

MORE MOTIVATED...

The plan was to go to Bukit Shahbandar this morning but it was raining heavily there so we went to Padang Kebajikan instead. I did a 6K run there while my wife started her "5kg shedding mission" by walking briskly for 11 laps. Actually I need to shed 5kg too. Wonder who will achieve it first!!!!!!

My 6K run today was not as good as the one I did yesterday but still it was better than it used to be a month or so ago. The following chart summarises the run:

6KRUN

I did a 6k run this morning during my school's CCA session at JPMC gym. Today I renewed my record running pace which is now 5mins 12secs per kilometre. Hope to do even better tomorrow. BTW to all JPMC gym members, the gym will be closed tomorrow and Saturday. I suggest a good alternative to do your exercise is to go to Bukit Shahbandar. Happy long weekend everyone!!!!

TWO 6K RUNS

Started my workout at 7.50am. The lady at the counter came early as usual. Good working attitude. Keep it up, SISTER. After stretching religiously, I started my run at a speed of 9.3kmph. I increased the speed by 0.1kmph for every 1K covered. However, fatigue strikes towards the end of 6K mark. I stopped and walked at a speed of 6.5kmph for 10 minutes and ran another 6K run. For the second 6K, I started at 9.0kmph and increased the speed by 0.2kmph for every 1K covered. Here's the summary:

* Stretching - Very religiously this morning because my BEST FRIEND, the BACK PAIN is back visiting me - welcome back (irritatingly)

* First 6K (Speed = 9.3kmph to 9.8kmph, Time = 37mins 43secs)

* 10 minutes walk at 6.5kmph

* Second 6K (Speed = 9.0kmph to 10.0kmph, Time = 37mins 55secs)

* More stretching (Thank you very much!!!!)

The back pain is killing me!!!!!!!!!!
